Delete Account

Information about deleting a ratit account and associated app data.

Users can delete their ratit account directly from within the app settings.

How to Delete Your Account

Open the ratit app
Go to your profile
Open Settings
Select the delete account option
Confirm the deletion request

Need Help?

If you cannot access the account deletion flow, contact us at ratit.office@gmail.com and we will delete your account manually.

What gets deleted?

Upon account deletion, your profile, posts, ratings and personal data will be removed from our platform. Some data may be retained for a limited period to comply with legal obligations.

So löschst du deinen Account

Öffne die ratit App
Gehe zu deinem Profil
Öffne die Einstellungen
Wähle die Option „Account löschen"
Bestätige die Löschanfrage

Falls du nicht auf den Löschvorgang zugreifen kannst, kontaktiere uns unter ratit.office@gmail.com und wir löschen deinen Account manuell.

Was wird gelöscht?

Bei der Account-Löschung werden dein Profil, deine Posts, Bewertungen und persönlichen Daten von unserer Plattform entfernt. Bestimmte Daten können befristet zur Erfüllung gesetzlicher Pflichten gespeichert bleiben.
